Candlelight Slow Flow & Yin with meghan reimer

This breath focused class will begin with a warm, slow flow mindfully moving through a sequence while holding postures between the flow. The second half of this two hour class will focus on long held, deep stretches, yin yoga, along with some relaxation and restorative postures. Yin yoga aids in releasing the connective tissues in the body increasing circulation in the joints and overall flexibility while also clearing the mind with it’s meditative approach. The entire class will be done in candlelight with soft music for a peaceful experience. Pre registration is recommended, class is limited to 16 students $25/student.
