As a wife and mother of three beautiful healthy kids, yoga has been my recharge point. The practice of yoga taught me to be present not only on the mat but in my every day life as well. After a lot of dedication and sweat that came with practicing yoga over a period of ten years, I finally decided to take control of what I love to do. With fear of public speech, turns out that we need what we are resisting and that’s why this journey is a personal transition unlike any other. I’m very thankful for Tami Schneider at Cleveland Yoga, Ylonda Greene with Awake to My Soul, Baron Baptiste and all the yoga instructors around me. Yoga is for everyone, even if you don’t feel very flexible or very strong. The amazing thing about yoga is that your practice is always evolving and changing, so it never gets boring. Yoga teaches us to be present in the moment, there is no greater place to be than right here, right now. To be able to share my energy, love and passion is empowering. I believe yoga can serve to make everyone’s life a better one. Yoga is organic. Yoga is Mind, Body & Soul made!
