Grace began practicing yoga in 2013 in Erie, PA with her high school lacrosse team. She quickly fell in love with the practice, and it became a vessel to support her through growing pains as she transitioned into adulthood. While attending John Carroll University, she worked as a desk karmi and completed a 200 HR teacher training program at age 20. She taught heated power vinyasa and vinyasa basics classes for two years at a studio on the East Side, and continues to teach both at Bodhi Yoga and on the West Side of Cleveland.
Grace loves to incorporate challenges and counter releases in her flows. You can count on building an internal heat for a hearty sweat, while moving the body in ways that will ease tension from daily wear. Her goal is to create a positive space for others to move and feel, physically and emotionally. Since yoga has become a permanent part of her life, she hopes to share its vast benefits with others in the same ways it has served her as a gateway to manage stress, anxiety, and pain. She loves to craft beat-pumping playlists that compliment her sequencing, making you feel energized and grounded with every class.
